Rocky Is Here

It happened. January 25th, right here on the ranch. Mel did her thing, and just like that — we've got a new bull on the property.

His name is Rocky.

He came out strong, healthy, and already acting like he owns the place. If you've been following along, you know Mel is one of our Highland producers, and this little guy is going to be something special. We're watching him closely, and so far he's checking every box.

We're not going to pretend we weren't nervous. Every birth on a ranch is a big deal, no matter how many times you've been through it. But Mel is a pro, and Rocky made it easy on all of us. He was up and moving fast, and the rest of the herd has already accepted him like he's been here the whole time.

This is the part of ranching that never gets old — watching a new life show up and knowing you had a hand in making it happen. Rocky is a reminder of why we do what we do at Monterey Mini Cow Company. We're not just buying and selling cattle. We're building something from the ground up, one calf at a time.

In other news — our Valentine's Day event, Cow Cuddles & Cookies, is officially SOLD OUT. Every single time slot. We honestly didn't expect it to go this fast, but apparently people really do want to spend their Valentine's Day hanging out with mini cows, eating cookies, and forgetting about everything else for an hour. Can't say we blame them.
